Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes June 28, 2006
Attendees: Bonina, Johnson, Nichols, Scheid & Bradbury
1) Meeting called to order 8:05 am.
2) Scheid presented to the Board the Subdivision Development Discounts practices and methodology.
After discussion thereof, the Board voted unanimously to adopt the Subdivision Development Discount
policies for Bolton.
3) Board continued cyclical inspections on Tuesday, June 27th, and continued discussions of the cyclical
inspection process.
4) Disposition of general administrative business. Next meeting will be Tuesday, July 11, 2006, and will be posted.
5) Meeting adjourned at 8:40 am, motion by Bonina, second by Nichols.
