Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes June 13, 2006
Attendees: Johnson, Nichols, Scheid, Bradbury & Franco Rossi, VP Cartographics Associates
1) Meeting called to order 5:05 pm.
2) Franco Rossi provided an overview of Cartographics Associates to the Board and discussed the details of
their GIS services response for updating Bolton's map set. Also, general discussion on Cartographic's
business and administrative procedures with this office to facilitate completion of map updates.
3) Board to continue cyclical inspections on Tuesday, June 20th.
4) Administrative assessor draft job description discussion.
5) Disposition of general administrative business. Next meeting will be TBD, as they are currently out
inspecting several Tuesdays/month during the summer.
