Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes May 30, 2006
Attendees: Bonina, Johnson, Nichols, Scheid, Manzello, Bradbury
1) Meeting called to order 6:05 pm.
2) Board viewed Scheid/Manzello's presentation on uniformity of inspection/structure grades.
3) Discussion of the VADAR fy07 billing file preparation and delivery to vendor. All fy07 lot splits and
NC permits (homes) will be included.
4) Board formally reviewed and evaluated GIS services proposal, and finds Cartographics meets or exceeds
all requirements outlined in RFP.
5. Board formally reviewed and evaluated Valuation Services proposal, after departure for the evening of
Scheid/Manzello; and finds RRG meets or exceeds all requirements outlined in the FRQ.
6) Next meeting will be June 13, 2006 and will be posted.
7) Meeting adjourned 8:30 pm; motion by Bonina, second by Nichols.
