Meeting Minutes
Present – Bonina, Johnson, Nichols,
Others – Bradbury, Harald Scheid
1. Meeting called to order 6:05 pm
2. Bradbury informed the Board the RFP for valuation services and the RFQ for GIS services is public and has been advertised; dates for return mid-May.
3. The 2006 R & O process was discussed and finalized.
4. Scheid presented preliminary 2006 sales data.
5. Board reviewed and Bradbury to submit the revised Administrative Assessor job description to Personnel, and set up meeting between Board and Personnel for May 16.
6. Discussion on cyclical inspection to begin and general inspection procedures.
7. Next Meeting will be May 16, and will be posted.
8. Meeting adjourned 7:45 pm; motion by Bonina, second by Nichols.
