Meeting Minutes
Present – Johnson, Nichols,
Others – Harald Scheid, Bradbury
1. Meeting called to order 6:10 pm
2. Scheid updated Board on the GIS RFQ bid proposal. Draft is out for review to Town Administrator.
3. Scheid updated Board on progress of detail parcel review of The International. Requested elevation plans from Building Inspector. Scheid will review results with Board and Brian Lynch.
4. Scheid presently preliminary 2005 sales assessment ratio stats to Board.
5. Bradbury presented preliminary Administrative Assessor job description revision to Board.
6. Board requested Manzello develop comps for 442 Main St; Bracbury will give him an update on parcel.
7. Next meeting set for Tuesday, April 25, 2006; meeting will be posted.
8. Meeting adjourned 7:35 pm; motion by Nichols second by Johnson..
