1. Meeting called to order 6:20 pm
2. Board reviewed four 2006 abatement applications from Arklow. Brian Lynch verified process was a procedural filing; does not contest current values, Board voted denied on all four applications.
3. Board reviewed tax rate projects impacted by water treatment plant debt.
4. Board and Harald discussed RRG contract.
5. Board and Harald discussed upgrade to Administrative Assessor position, HS to obtain similar job descriptions from other communities.
6. Board discussed Nicewicz land tract acreage discrepancy since survey done.
7. Next meeting set for Tuesday, April 13, 2006; meeting will be posted.
8. Meeting adjourned 7:35 pm; motion by Nichols second by Bonina.
