Board of Assessors Meeting
January 3, 2006
Minutes
Present – Bonina, Johnson, Nichols,
Others – Harald Scheid & Cynthia Bradbury
1. Meeting called to order 6:05pm.
2. Board and team spent most of evening finalizing FY07 departmental budget. .
3. Board asked Harald to clarify RRG bills received for November & December, 2005; Harald agreed to provide clarification.
4. Board requested that codes used in CAMA be published per taxpayer request, Mr. Senie. RRG has template of such that will be used and published in Bolton.
5. Scheid presented to Board the “Valuation and Tax Summary” brochure for Bolton. Board endorsed its publication.
6. Board discussed process for determining fy07 new growth; Scheid provided overview of RRG new growth spreadsheet tool.
7. Next meeting set for Tuesday, January 31, 2006; to include associate assessor David Manzello.
8. Meeting adjourned 8:35 pm; motion by Johnson, seconded by Bonina.
