Meeting Minutes
Present – Bonina, Johnson, Nichols,
Others – Cynthia Bradbury, Jodi Ross, Carol Gumbart, Nat Tipton, Tony Bryan
1. Meeting called to order 6:00 pm
2. Board and group discussed GIS parcel update and IS projects with Tony Bryan. Tony suggests that town strive for a small spring GIS update and the large annual update in the fall. It has been determined that the Assessors Dept has budgeted $2,500 in fy07 for GIS work, has a $2500 MassGIS grant amount, and there is approximately $11,000 remaining in the GIS start up article budget item. Ultimately, it was determined that GIS project work will go out to bid this spring.
3. Next meeting set for March 7, 2006 and will be posted.
4. Meeting adjourned 7:45 pm; motion by Johnson second by Bonina.
