Board of Assessors Meeting
November 17, 2005
Minutes
Present – Bonina, Johnson, Nichols,
Others – Harald Scheid and Dave Manzello,
1. Meeting called to order 6:00 pm
2. Board asked Scheid and Manzello what they could do to assist with their general town orientation. Scheid suggested a field trip by all after revaluation complete.
3. Board signed DOR required Utility letter accepting net book value.
4. Held 61B transfer from 61: Board wants State Forester contacted with change of program information, then lien to be processed.
5. Scheid updated Board on progress of revaluation.
6. Scheid updated Board on Rezac parcel.
7. Meeting adjourned 7:15 pm. Motion by Nichols, second by Bonina, vote unanimous. Next Board meeting set for December 1, 2005.
