· Meeting was called to order by Bonina at 6:00pm.
· Review by Board of the Administrative Assessor job description from Personnel. Continue review to the February 22, 2005 Board meeting, to include Bryan’s attendance.
· Board approved meeting minutes of November 9, 2004 and January 25, 2005.
· Review by Board of the Intermunicipal Technology warrant article for 2005 May town meeting.
· Motion to adjourn by Sexton at 7:45 pm, second by Nichols, meeting adjourned.
