· Meeting was called to order by Bonina at 6:00pm.
· Guidelines for “Out of Grade Pay” reviewed; Board comments and discussion.
· Board reviewed abatement application status with Bryan.
· Bryan updated Board on 8 new “Supplemental Tax” real estate bills.
· Perham property; Board to review history file to determine:
o amount of FY03 exemption on parcel 1 (Perham residence),
o rollback tax on entire parcel,
o target calculation figures and approval.
· Signature folder disposition.
· Next meeting set for November 23, 2004; meeting will be posted.
· Motion to adjourn by Nichols at 8:30pm, second by Bonina, meeting adjourned.
