Board of Assessors Mtg – November 30, 2004

Minutes:
Present: Bonina, Nichols, Sexton, Bryan
1. Called to order at 6:05pm
2. Motion made by Nichols, seconded by Bonina to go into executive session for the purpose of meeting with taxpayers who had filed abatement applications. Nichols voted Yes, Bonina voted yes, Sexton voted yes. The Board stated that the open session would not continue.
3. Meetings were held with abatement applicants.
4. The Board then discussed abatement applications and made ruling as needed.
5. Next Mtg – December 7, 6pm
6. Adjournment was at 8:30 pm, on a motion by Bonina, seconded by Nichols, vote unanimous.
