Board of Assessors Meeting Minutes - August 10, 2004
Meeting called to order at 6:10 pm.
Adjourned to executive session at 6:20 pm to discuss the Chapter 61 valuation
of a parcel, and a new Clause 18 hardship exemption.
Board discussed and vote on Conservation commission request for 2004 abatement.
Discussion regarding quarterly tax billing for taxes - for meeting with Board of Selectmen.
Discussion of new growth status.
Disposition of signature file and correspondence noted.
Board vote - next meeting on August 24, 2004 at 6:00 pm in Town hall.
Meeting adjourned at 7:15 pm.
