A special meeting of the Bolton Agricultural Commission was held on Wednesday, 13 February 2008 at Town
Hall. It was called to order at 7:35 pm. In attendance were: Ashe, Kovacs, Nicewicz, and Storbeck in person and
Held by phone.
The meeting was to review the application for the Massachusetts Department of Agriculture Marketing Grant
(RFR#AGR-AICMKTFY08). Electronic copies were provided to the commission members prior to the meeting
and hard copies were available. It was noted that general personal profile information was still required from Rob
Held prior to the submittal on Friday. Rob took the action to get with Barbara Parente, the volunteer helping the
Commission pull the RFR together, this evening upon his return from his trip.
After a brief discussion a motion was made and seconded to accept the grant application submission. It was
accepted unanimously buy the Agricultural Commission.
The meeting ended at approximately 8:00 pm.
