Chairman Cote called the Advisory Committee meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
INTERVIEW
The Advisory Committee interviewed Craig Lauer for one of the two open slots on the Advisory Committee. On a motion made by Myerson and seconded by Kirchner, the Advisory Committee voted to appoint Mr. Lauer to the Advisory Committee, term expiration June 30, 2016. (Cote – yes, Benjamin – yes, Kirchner – yes, Myerson – yes)
PLANNING BOARD, ACCOUNT 175 and BOARD OF APPEALS, ACCOUNT 176
Erica Uriarte, Town Planner attended the meeting.
On a motion made by Kirchner and seconded by Benjamin, the Advisory Committee voted to accept the budgets for the Planning Board and Board of Appeals as submitted. (Cote – yes, Benjamin – yes, Kirchner – yes, Myerson – yes)
VETERANS AGENT, ACCOUNT 543
James Cabral, Veterans Agent attended the meeting.
On a motion made by Kirchner and seconded by Benjamin, the Advisory Committee voted to accept the budget for the Veterans Agent as submitted. (Cote – yes, Benjamin – yes, Kirchner – yes, Myerson – yes)
BOARD OF HEALTH ACCOUNTS
Chris Slade, Chairman of the Board of Health attended the meeting.
Landfill – Account 439: There were no adjustments to the Landfill budget.
Board of Health – Account 510: Nashoba Associated Board of Health, line item 5304 was changed to $11,425.
Nursing – Account 522: Purchase of Services, line item 5200 was changed to $5,213.
On a motion made by Benjamin and seconded by Myerson, the Advisory Committee voted to approve the Board of Health budgets as amended. (Cote – yes, Benjamin – yes, Kirchner – yes, Myerson – yes)
BUILDING INSPECTOR, ACCOUNT 241
Mike Sauvageau, Building Inspector attended the meeting.
The Training line item 5301 was changed from $300 to $0 for a total budget of $30,078. On a motion made by Benjamin and seconded by Kirchner, the Advisory Committee voted to approve the budget as amended.
CAPITAL PLANNIING COMMITTEE – CAPITAL PROJECTS
The Capital Planning Committee met with the Advisory Committee to present an overview of the capital project proposals submitted for FY17.

The Advisory Committee took official votes on the budget discussions from the January 5, 2016 as follows:
Town Accountant, Account 135: On a motion made by Benjamin and seconded by Myerson, the Advisory Committee voted to approve the Town Accountant’s budget as submitted. (Cote – yes, Benjamin – yes, Myerson – yes, Kirchner – yes)
Town Clerk, Account 161, Elections, Account 162 and Street Listings/Registrars, Account 163: On a motion made by Benjamin and seconded by Myerson, the Advisory Committee voted to approve the budgets as submitted. (Cote – yes, Benjamin – yes, Myerson – yes, Kirchner – yes)
On a motion made by Myerson seconded by Kirchner, the Advisory Committee voted to adjourn. (Cote – yes, Benjamin – yes, Myerson – yes, Kirchner – yes)
