The Advisory Committee met at the Nashoba Regional High School Auditorium at 6:30 p.m. for the Special Town Meeting.
Article 4: Amendment to the Code of the Town of Bolton, Section 250 -13, Dimensional Regulations, Section 250-13, Dimensional Regulations: On a motion made Dinjian and seconded by Czekanski, the Advisory Committee voted to disapprove this article as written. (Abdalian – yes, Dinjian – yes, Czekanski – yes, Benjamin – yes, Zelenkov – yes, Cote – yes)
After the vote to disapprove the article as written, the Advisory Committee was informed of the proposed amendment to be made on town meeting floor, deleting all the language of Section (b) in this article.
Therefore, on a motion made by Czekanski and seconded by Dinjian, the Advisory Committee voted to reconsider their vote. (Abdalian – yes, Dinjian – yes, Czekanski – yes, Benjamin – yes, Zelenkov – yes, Cote – yes)
On a motion made by Czekanski and seconded by Dinjian, the Advisory Committee voted to approve this article based on the proposed amendment. (Abdalian – yes, Dinjian – yes, Czekanski – yes, Benjamin – yes, Zelenkov – yes, Cote – yes)
Article 7: Retroactive Pay and Benefits – Police Contract: On a motion made by Czekanski and seconded by Dinjian, the Advisory Committee voted to approve the retroactive pay and benefits in the amount of $9,609.35. (Abdalian – yes, Dinjian – yes, Czekanski – yes, Benjamin – yes, Zelenkov – yes, Cote – yes)
The Special Town Meeting adjourned at 7:58 p.m.
