The Advisory Committee met at the Town Hall at 8:00 p.m.
TRANSFER REQUESTS
Legal: On a motion made by Czekanski and seconded by Benjamin, the Advisory Committee voted to approve a transfer request in the amount of $4,025 to the Legal Account (151) for legal expenses. (Dinjian – yes, Czekanski – yes, Benjamin – yes, Zelenkov – yes, Cote – yes, Abdalian – yes)
Snow and Ice: On a motion made by Zelenkov and seconded by Benjamin, the Advisory Committee voted to approve a transfer request in the amount of $37,000 to be used for the snow and ice deficit. (Dinjian – yes, Czekanski – yes, Benjamin – yes, Zelenkov – yes, Cote – yes, Abdalian – yes)
END OF YEAR BUDGET TRANSFERS FOR SNOW AND ICE
On a motion made by Czekanski and seconded by Dinjian, the Advisory Committee voted to approve an end of year budget transfer in the amount of $92,259.01 from various departments and an end of year budget transfer in the amount of $63,000 from various departments to snow and ice. (Dinjian – yes, Czekanski – yes, Benjamin – yes, Zelenkov – yes, Cote – yes, Abdalian – yes)
END OF YEAR BUDGET TRANSFER FOR POLICE EXPENSES
On a motion made by Dinjian and seconded by Czekanski, the Advisory Committee voted to approve an end of year budget transfer in the amount of $5,000 from police wages to police expenses. (Dinjian – yes, Czekanski – yes, Benjamin – yes, Zelenkov – yes, Cote – yes, Abdalian – yes)
REORGANIZATION
On a motion made by Czekanski and seconded by Benjamin, the Advisory Committee nominated and appointed Terry Abdalian Chairman of the Advisory Committee. (Dinjian – yes, Czekanski – yes, Benjamin – yes, Zelenkov – yes, Cote – yes, Abdalian – yes)
On a motion made by Cote, and seconded by Zelenkov, the Advisory Committee adjourned at 8:20 p.m. (Dinjian – yes, Czekanski – yes, Benjamin – yes, Zelenkov – yes, Cote – yes, Abdalian – yes)
