The Advisory Committee met at the Nashoba Regional High School at 6:00 p.m. prior to the Annual Town Meeting.
PAYMENT IN LIEU OF TAXES (PILOT) AGREEMENT
The Advisory Committee met with the Board of Assessors and Board of Selectmen to discuss the status of the PILOT agreement. The Advisory Committee voted 5 to 0 to recommend approval of Article 29: Citizen’s Petition – Solar Property Tax Agreement, 125 Still River Road as amended. (Czekanski – yes, Dinjian – yes, Abdalian – yes, Benjamin – yes, Rohatgi – yes)
The Annual Town Meeting commenced at 7:00 p.m. and adjourned at 11:30 p.m. with an additional session scheduled for the following evening, Tuesday, May 8, 2012.
