TRANSFER REQUESTS FOR FY10
The Advisory Committee voted unanimously to approve the following transfer requests from the Advisory Committee Reserve Fund:
Ambulance: $2,000 to cover the wages and stipend from May, June and July due to several longer than normal calls.
Council on Aging: $600 for the lease with RCAP Solutions for the additional day per week for the senior center at Bolton Country Manor.
Fire: $7,943.17 to cover the balance of the payroll from January 1, 2010 to June 30, 2010 due to two major building fires, nine mutual aid calls and thirteen calls for homeowner assistance for water in basement during the March storm events.
Historical Commission: $255 to cover expenses due an error in the Historical Commission budget.
Planning Board: $53.70 for professional services of Hamwey Engineering to review the plans for the Oak Trail development. The professional services line item was reduced with the understanding that a transfer may be needed.
Police: $4,706 to cover the wages due to the two officers being on injured on duty.
Town Administrator: $11.87 to cover wages for town secretary due to the wages line item not being calculated correctly.
