TRANSFER REQUESTS
Longevity:  The Committee discussed whether or not an additional $25 should be transferred from its Reserve Fund for the purpose of longevity payments.  On a motion by Mr. Shnitzler, seconded by Mr. Czekanski, the Committee voted unanimously to approve this $25 transfer.  (Lindsay – yes, Shnitzler – yes, Dinjian – yes, Czekanski – yes, Delaney – yes)

Bond Anticipation Note:  The Committee discussed the recent fees incurred by the Town in placing a $4 million Bond Anticipation Note (BAN) for the purpose of funding construction of the new Public Safety Facility.  On a motion by Mr. Dinjian, seconded by Mr. Shnitzler, the Committee voted unanimously to transfer $3,365.00 from its Reserve Fund so that these fees could be paid by the Town.  (Lindsay – yes, Shnitzler – yes, Dinjian – yes, Czekanski – yes, Delaney – yes)

RELOCATABLE
The Committee discussed a recent vote by the Selectmen to tear down and remove the relocatable building on the Emerson School campus.  This structure has become decrepit.  It was noted that disposal of Town property must be approved by the Advisory Committee.  On a motion by Mr. Shnitzler, seconded by Mr. Dinjian, the Committee voted unanimously to approve the dismantling and removal of this structure.  (Lindsay – yes, Shnitzler – yes, Dinjian – yes, Czekanski – yes, Delaney – yes)

BUDGET FY10
The Committee discussed preliminary information available regarding the Town’s fiscal 2010 budget.

On a motion by Mr. Shnitzler, seconded by Mr. Czekanski, the Committee voted unanimously to adjourn at 8:35 p.m.
