The Advisory Committee met in the Conference Room of the Main Office at the Florence Sawyer School at 7:30 p.m. Minutes of February 14, 2006 were read and approved.
TRANSFER
The Advisory Committee approved a transfer request in the amount of $15,000 for tree trimming services and disposal of trimmings. This amount also includes approximately $5,000 for the remaining fiscal year.
DEFICIT SPENDING
The Advisory Committee approved a deficit spending of up to $50,000 for snow and ice.
NASHOBA REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT FY07 BUDGET DISCUSSION
Present: Supt. Michael Wood, Assistant Supt. of Schools and Finance George King, School Committee members Tricia Kelly and Cathy Giunta.
The preliminary FY07 Nashoba Regional School District budget was presented to the Advisory Committee. The budget represented an increase of approximately 9.7% over last year’s budget.
Next Advisory Committee meeting is Tuesday, March 7, 2006.
