09-12 An application for Special Exception has been filed with the Berlin Zoning Board, by Donald Allbee of 27 Viking Street. The subject property is located on map 127, Lot 244, in a Residential Single Family Zone. The request for a Special Exception, would allow the construction of a deck within the 10 foot setback. The request comes under Article VI, Section 17-64.3 c, allowing the relief from 10 foot side setback, in a Residential Single Family Zone.
