A joint meeting between the Berlin and Milan Board of Education was held in the Berlin High School library beginning at 6:00 p.m. Present for the meeting were Nicole Plourde, Donald Labrecque, Denise Valerino, Lynn Moore, Corinne Cascadden, Bryan Lamirande, Julie King, Amy Huter, Tim Forestall, Dan Record, Martha Miller, Kevin Carpenter, Autie Hamilton, Robert Thompson, Pauline Plourde, Patricia Shute, Paul Bousquet, Andy Mullins, Wade Goulet, and a member of the press.
DISCUSSION Discussion ensued regarding Reference NHRSA 193:12 – Decisions Regarding Residency for School Attendance. The Milan Board explained the formation of an AREA Committee two years before expiration by statute. Milan would like to explore a Tuition Agreement between Milan and Berlin in the future, and Milan representation on the Berlin Board of Education was invited by the Berlin Board.
ADJOURN On a motion by Wade Goulet, seconded by Donald Labrecque, the Boards voted to adjourn their meeting at 7:30 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
A meeting of the Berlin Board of Education was held beginning at 7:35 p.m. Present for the meeting were Nicole Plourde, Donald Labrecque, Denise Valerino, Lynn Moore, Corinne Cascadden, Bryan Lamirande, Julie King, Amy Huter, Tim Forestall, Dan Record, Martha Miller, Kevin Carpenter, Autie Hamilton and Robert Thompson.
MINUTES On a motion by Lynn Moore, seconded by Donald Labrecque, the Board voted to approve the minutes of the August 5, 2015 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
WARRANTS On a motion by Denise Valerino, seconded by Donald Labrecque, the Board voted to approve the warrants dated, August 17, August 24, August 25, and August 26, 2015 for the amounts of $6,772.88, $608,366.79, $7,546.69 and $4,745.72 respectively. On a roll call vote, all members voted in the affirmative.
FINANCIAL REPORT The Board reviewed and approved the financial report.

STAFFING On a motion by Donald Labrecque, seconded by Lynn Moore, the Board voted to approve the following staffing changes:
