A meeting of the Berlin Board of Education was held in the Office of the Superintendent at 12:00 p.m. Present for the meeting were Nicole Plourde, Donald Labrecque, Louise Valliere, Corinne Cascadden, Bryan Lamirande, and Barbara Tetreault.
MINUTES On a motion by Donald Labrecque, seconded by Louise Valliere, the Board voted to approve the minutes of the May 21, 2015 meeting public and nonpublic sessions. The motion passed unanimously.
WARRANT On a motion by Donald Labrecque, seconded by Louise Valliere, the Board voted to approve the warrant dated, June 8, 2015 for the amount of $112,413.42. On a roll call vote, all members voted in the affirmative.

MEMBER BUSINESS None
NON PUBLIC On a motion by Donald Labrecque, seconded by Louise Valliere, the Board voted to go into nonpublic session at 12:15 p.m. in accordance with RSA 91-A3II, (a), (b) & (c). On a roll call vote, all members voted in the affirmative.
On a motion by Donald Labrecque, seconded by Louise Valliere, the Board voted to come out of nonpublic session at 12:20 p.m. The motion passed unanimously. No additional votes were taken in nonpublic session.
NON UNION WAGES On a motion by Donald Labrecque, seconded by Louise Valliere, the Board voted to approve the non-union raises as presented. On a roll call vote, all members voted in the affirmative.
ADJOURN On a motion by Donald Labrecque, seconded by Louise Valliere, the Board voted to adjourn it’s meeting at 12:25 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.

NONPUBLIC SESSION

On a motion by Donald Labrecque, seconded by Louise Valliere, the Board voted to go into nonpublic session at 12:15 pm in accordance with RSA 91-A3II (a), (b), and (c). On a roll call vote, all members voted in the affirmative.
The Board discussed nonunion raises and benefits.
On a motion by Donald Labrecque, seconded by Louise Valliere, the Board voted to come out of nonpublic session at 12:25 p.m.~ The motion passed unanimously.~
