NOTICE OF AN ELECTRONIC MEETING BY EMAIL
The Berlin Industrial Development and Park Authority will be voting by email after 3:30PM Thursday May 24, 2007 on the issue of taking a subordinate position on its right of first refusal on the Mountain Tire Corp. property, located in the Maynesboro Industrial Park, Tax Map 140 Lot 17. The results will be compiled and posted on the City's website under "BIDPA Minutes," on Friday morning by 10AM.
The board will not be meeting at 12PM on Thursday May 24, 2007 as previously noticed earlier today.
