City Council Work Session
April 25, 2016
Present were: Mayor Grenier, Councilors Otis, Remillard, Gentili, Morgan Allain, Higbee, Nelson, Rozek, and Theberge; Councilor Gentili was absent.
Others present included City Manager James Wheeler, Community Development Director Pamela Laflamme, and Barbara Tetreault from the Berlin Daily Sun.
Mayor Grenier opened the meeting at 7:10 p.m.
Funding for Legislative Support Services
The Council discussed a proposal from William Hounsell for consulting services. Mr. Housell’s fee would be $100 per hour plus expenses with the limit for services at $15,000 through Jun 30, 2017. Councilors asked Mr. Wheeler to talk with references and report back.
Adjournment
Councilor Rozek moved with a second from Councilor Theberge to adjourn. The meeting ended at 7:30 p.m.
