A meeting of the Berlin Board of Education was held in the Office of the Superintendent beginning at 7:04 a.m. Present for the meeting were Louise Valliere, Denise Valerino, Lynn Moore, and Bryan Lamirande.
WARRANT On a motion by Lynn Moore, seconded by Louise Valliere, the Board voted to approve the warrant dated June 30, 2014 for the amount of $370,078.91. On a roll call vote, all members voted in the affirmative.
ADJOURN On a motion by Denise Valerino, seconded by Louise Valliere, the Board voted to adjourn it’s meeting at 7:09 a.m. The motion passed unanimously.
