Lakeview Estates Site Walk
The Zoning Board of Appeals conducted a site walk of the active Comprehensive Permit known as Lakeview Estates. The Board met at the intersection of Silver Lake Road and Candlelight Lane at 8:45a.m. The Board reviewed the erosion and dust controls and drainage structures in place.
The Board continued up Candlelight Lane to witness the recent installation of sidewalk and landscaping.
The Board reconvened at the intersection of South Center Street and what is proposed to be Celestial Circle. The Board reviewed the erosion and dust control measures in place and the current state of abutting dwellings.
The Zoning Board of Appeals ended the site walk at 9:40a.m.
