MC opened the meeting.
Continuation - 53/55 Highridge Road
The applicant Tim Jones was not in attendance. A letter from his engineering company, Land Planning was read as to the status of their work. Mr. Jones requested a continuance to September 1, 2011 (in writing).
AP motion to continue as requested.
JD second.
All in favor to continue to September 1, 2011 at 7:00 PM.

AP motion to accept the minutes.
DJ second.
All in favor to approve the minutes.
Alternate Recommendation:
The board discussed the recommendation for the alternate position that is open on the board. The applicant, Mr. Brian Salsibury was in for an interview in July. The board felt he would be an asset to have on the board. LR read JS recommendation for him.
AP motion to recommend Mr. Salisbury to the BOS.
JS second.
All in favor to recommend Mr. Salisbury to the BOS as an alternate member.
LR stated she would write a letter to the BOS for his recommendation.
