Minutes of Meeting
November 4, 2010

AP opened the meeting. The request for a continuation from South Center Realty was read by JS, acting chairman for the 40B project. The applicant is requesting a continuance to December 2, 2010.
AP motion to grant as requested.
JS second.
All in favor to allow the continuation to 12/2/10 at 7:00 pm.
AP opened the continuation for 53-55 Highridge Road – Tim Jones. The board questioned as to why he was not in attendance at the last hearing and Mr. Jones apologized as he had a personal family issue. He stated all is proceeding with the project at Highridge. His plans are still in the process but he needs more time. He thought that since the town now owns the road that the project will move more quickly. He stated that all the preliminaries are on paper now. The board asked if he had a timeline as to what and when each item would be getting started and completed. They would like to see it in writing, a project plan. Mr. Jones stated that would be difficult to do, possibly springtime before anything concrete will be done. The board told Mr. Jones they would be
willing to continue until 12/2 but they need to see a timeline of events happening and could he (Mr. Jones) have his engineer in attendance and the board would ask Town Counsel and the Building Inspector to attend. JS explained to Mr. Jones that he as the applicant appealed the Building Inspectors decision and it was up to him (Mr. Jones) to supply enough information to the board to vote on. Mr. Jones agreed to have a rough outline done from his engineer for the next meeting and a timeline of events in writing to present to the board.
