Lot 68 Pearl Street – Variance Request
Sitting in: RA, PD, JS, AP and PH (for DC)
Robert Andrews opened the hearing and stated that Doug Cochrane has been originally sitting in on the hearing and was absent. Mr. Vendetti requested that Peter Harty sit in his place. Mr. Vendetti presented deeds of the property. Mary Chaves reminded Mr. Vendetti he has to demonstrate Section 2530 (1) & (2) of the bylaw, showing that his lot and his adjoining lots were not held in common ownership with any adjoining land at the time he purchased the property. Peter Delsignore explained to the applicant he would have to go back and research the properties showing each lot was owned by someone else. He suggested getting legal counsel if he needed assistance with this. His abutters, Mr. and Mrs. Murzycki of 13 Pearl Street spoke in favor of the project as it would beautify the neighborhood. Mr. Vendetti
requested a continuance to do more research.
PD motioned to accept the request for a continuance.
AP seconded the motion.
All in favor to grant the continuance to March 5, 2009 at 7:00 PM.
