Special Meeting Minutes
June 25, 2015 held at Wrentham Manor
- Call to Order at 4:00 p.m.
- Roll Call: ~Mrs. Lavallee absent
- Discussion of 21 Arthur St sewer pipe
- Mrs. Bergeron explained that the sewer pipe from the house to the cesspool was augured due to excessive roots. The Authority also had the pipe checked with a camera. The company recommended relining. Mrs. Bergeron received authorization from DHCD to complete the work and utilize Formula Funding money for the work. The work is complete, took approximately ½ hour and is guaranteed for life.
- Approval of Contract to A. Vozella & Sons FISH# 025031 Walkway Ponding
- Motion made by Mrs. Cartier to approve the contract to A. Vozella & Sons, seconded by Mrs. Sacco, all in favor, motion carried.
- Inquiries and discussion regarding septic pumping company on the property. Mrs. Bergeron explained that the sewer pump is town property and the pump was not working. Mrs. Bergeron further explained that the pump truck was here two times per day to remove waster.
- Adjourn: motion made by Mrs. Cartier, seconded by Mrs. Sacco, all in favor, motion carried.
