Meeting Minutes
14 May 2013 held at Wrentham Manor
- Call to Order at 6:04 p.m.
- Roll Call: Mr. Hall and Mr. Sposato absent; notation Mr. Sposato arrived at 6:30 p.m. and Mr. Hall arrived at 6:45 p.m.
- Election of Officers
- Mrs. Lavallee nominated Mrs. Cartier as Chair; seconded by Mrs. Sacco. Mrs. Cartier accepted
- No other nominations. All in favor.
- Mrs. Sacco nominated Mrs. Lavallee as Vice Chairperson, seconded by Mrs. Cartier; Mrs. Lavallee accepted.
- No other nominations. All in favor.
- Mrs. Lavallee nominated Mrs. Sacco as Treasurer, seconded by Mrs Cartier. Mrs. Sacco accepted.
- No other nominations; all in favor.
- Mrs. Lavallee nominated Mr. Sposato for Assistant Treasurer, seconded by Mrs. Cartier.
- No other nominations; all in favor.
- Minutes of April 23, 2013 meeting
- Motion to accept minutes made by Mrs. Lavallee with corrections, seconded by Mrs. Cartier; all in favor.
- DHCD Update on “An Act to Regionalize Housing Authorities”. Discussion ensued; Mrs. Bergeron recommended that the Board submit their questions to her in order to forward to Lizbeth Heyer at DHCD.
- Correspondence received from Bellingham Town Electrical Inspector; portable generator cannot be used at Depot Court. Generator hook-up must be automatic i.e. if the power were to go out, the generator would come on.
- Motion made by Mrs. Lavallee to approve Resolution 2013-05 Low-bid Approval for Work Plan 025025501 Paving/Sidewalk Repairs 667-2, seconded by Mrs. Sacco; all in favor.
- Board refused to sign the Year End Financial Statements Certification (FYE 2013).

- Public Input
- M/M Penney made several comments that were not public input; all issues were related to maintenance and a recent slip and fall incident.
