Meeting Minutes
11 December 2012 held at Depot Court
- Call to Order at 6:30 p.m.
- Roll Call: all present.
- Minutes of November 13, 2012 meeting
- Motion to accept minutes as corrected by Mr. Swain, seconded by Mrs. Sacco; all in favor.
- 2013 calendar of meetings to Town Clerk
- 2014 Budget tabled until January 8, 2013 meeting due to lack of information.
- New Business
- Treasurer’s Report
- General questions in regard to the check registers were answered.
- Mr. Guzowski commented that headway is still being made in regard to revenue; but still under budget.
- Executive Director’s Report
- The Five-year plan preparation has begun with the assistance of Seabrook Solutions.
- Currently have 1 vacancy at Depot Court
- Mrs. Maxwell inquired about the condition of the roofs and the correlation to damage in her apartment; she also asked if the parking lot would ever be expanded
- Mr. Guzowski made a statement in regard to Mr. Swain’s service to his country while in the U.S. Navy and to his local community over the past few years.
- Next meeting January 8, 2012 at Wrentham Manor.
- Motion to adjourn made by Mrs. Sacco, seconded by Mrs. Lavallee, all in favor.
