11 September 2012 held at Wrentham Manor
- Call to Order at 6:00 p.m.
- Roll Call: all present
- Minutes of June 12, 2012 meeting
- Motion to accept minutes as corrected by Mrs. Cartier, seconded by Mr. Swain, all in favor.
- MassNAHRO Insurance Group Loss Control Survey; no recommendations were recommended.
- PIH EIV Multiple Subsidy, Identity Verification, and Deceased Tenant Reports with zero deficiencies.
- Mass NAHRO Commission on Public Housing Sustainability and PHADA supports small housing authorities; these organizations state that the recommendations are radical and have not been clearly demonstrated.
- HUD Salary Search Tool; salary analysis by NAHRO
- Discussion in regard to letter to Commonwealth Representatives & Senators in regard to Public Housing Commission; final letter will be available at next meeting

- Resolution 2012-4 Close Ch. 705 State-aided Family Public Housing Waiting List. Motion made by Mr. Swain, seconded by Mrs. Sacco, all in favor
- Resolution 2012-5 Close MRVP Waiting List. Motion made by Mrs. Sacco, seconded by Mrs. Lavallee, all in favor.
- Resolution 2012-6 2012 Revised Income Limits for Admission and FMRs for Continued Occupancy. Motion made by Mr. Swain, seconded by Mrs. Sacco, all in favor.
- Resolution 2012-7 2012 Housing Choice Voucher Utility Allowance Schedule. Motion made by Mrs. Sacco, seconded by Mr. Swain, all in favor.
- General questions in regard to the check registers were answered.
- Discussion ensued in regard to reduced income which is due to vacancies. Board suggested hiring a temporary person through an agency or possible utilizing Blackstone Valley Tech.
- Executive Director’s Report
- Mrs. Bergeron explained that information in regard to obtaining bids/quotes for a Fee Accountant was in the process prior to the last board meeting. Mrs. Bergeron presented quotes received from two accounting firms. Discussion proceeded.
- Mrs. Bergeron provided documentation in regard to tires purchased and paint purchased from Home Depot.
- Several residents had complaints about cars speeding on Wrentham Rd and crossing at Paine & Wrentham Rd; Mr. Guzowski recommended that Lee Roles be contacted at the police department.
- A few tenants complained about the odor from the rear dumpster at Wrentham Manor; Mrs. Bergeron will contact the rubbish removal company.
- Next meeting October 9, 2012 at Depot Court.
