- Motion made by Mrs. Lavallee to accept the minutes; seconded by Mrs. Cartier; all in favor, one absent.

- Discussion ensued in regard to No Smoking Bill H-383
- EIV Deceased Tenants Report
- Signature of Correspondence to Elected Officials in regard to Executive Order 539; notation made to correct names of elected officials; Mr. Fattman was replaced by Mr. Frank.
- Mr. Guzowski inquired about the returned checks and fees and ACH fee; Mrs. Bergeron stated that two tenant’s checks were returned and charged, ACH fee is a onetime set-up fee.
- Mrs. Lavallee inquired about Chapter 13; this is an employee garnishment.
- Mr. Guzowski asked about Maine Housing Authority; overpayment of HAP was refunded to the agency.
- Mr. Swain pointed out that the invoice number is the same every month for Verizon; the invoice number is actually the account number and the Board will find that this is practice is utilized with several vendors.
- Mr. Guzowski inquired about when a contract for the sidewalk repairs would be signed; Mrs. Bergeron explained that no capital improvements can begin without approval of CIP by DHCD.
- Executive Director’s Report
- Administrative: Submitted DHCD Vacancy reports, DHCD Energy reports, MRVP request for funds, Form HUD-50058, and financial data to Richard Conlon for month ending 3/31/2012.
- Ch. 607 Housing: Five vacancies at 667-1.
The Family and MRVP waiting list will be opening on April 16, 2012. A temporary part-time administrative assistant will be hired to assist in the process.
- Mr. Swain asked if the assistant will sign a Confidentiality Agreement; Mrs. Bergeron stated that the lawyer is preparing a form for us.
- Mr. Swain announced to the audience that no names are to be used in any discussion/complaints brought before the Board.
