4. ~Article 3. Amend Article 3 – Water Enterprise:
Transfer $20,000 from water capital fund to the FY 2018 Water Enterprise expense budget. Request is to replace two variable frequency drives (VFD) at Wells 4 and 5. J.C./ KK 6-0 vote to recommend.

5. June 30, 2017 Free Cash Certification update: Denis Fraine, Free Cash has not yet been certified. There is a discrepancy on the books going back a year or so. Effort to reconcile with the Town Auditors assistance continues. Consideration to continue the STM to some date after the holidays.

6. Next Year’s Budget – developing timing and expectations continues to be in-process. Members voted a 3% increase to the FinCom Budget for FY 2019 for a total of $3935.
