- Amend Article 1: increase Police Salaries by $90,000 to cover the Fy17 portion of the contract settlement.~ This contract was settled two weeks ago. Contract has been signed by BOS. Motion made by KK, second by MF. Recommended by FC 6-0
- ARTICLE 14.~ CROSS STREET ROADWAY AND SLOPE EASEMENT
- ·~ ~ ~ ~ Appraisal received and value estimated.~ Working with the property owner (Marcia Crooks) on a grant of easement agreement but still in negotiations.
- ·~ ~ ~ ~ request for $12,000 to cover cost estimated to pay damages to owner and other recording fees and charges.~ I may change to a recommendation at the FinCom meeting to pass over if negotiations stall or breakdown, between now and then. Motion made by KK, Second by MF . Recommended by FC 6-0 Funding Source free cash.
- ARTICLE 15.~ MAPLE STREET ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT
- ·~ ~ ~ ~ Appraisals received and value estimated.~ Working with one property owner (LMP Properties, LLC) on a grant of easement agreement.~ This easement may be donated.~ The other property owner (Northeast Power / National Grid) has told us we have to proceed with eminent domain due to their corporate structure.
- ·~ ~ ~request for $12,000 to cover cost estimated to pay damages to owners and other recording fees and charges.~ If Don Receives firm information regarding donation before the FinCom Meeting he will reduce the request. - ARTICLE 16.~ SILVER LAKE ROAD DRAINAGE EASEMENT ACQUISITION
- ·~ ~ ~ ~ Appraisals received and value estimated.~ Have sent property owners grant of easement agreement, with no reply to date (50 Silver Lake Road / 54 Silver Lake Road)
- ·~ ~ ~ request for $2,400 to cover cost estimated to pay damages to owners and other recording fees and charges. Motion made by KC, Second by KK . Recommended by FC 6-0 Funding Source free cash
- ARTICLE 17.~ TAUNTON STREET RIGHT OF WAY LAND AND EASEMENT ACQUISITION
- ·~ ~ ~ ~ This article has no cost or appraisal for damages to property owners.~ It is an article to establish the right of way (abutters property line along the street).~ It is necessary because the abutters deeds do not provide sufficient accuracy for a professional land surveyor to locate the property line along the street.
