Meeting Minutes - October 9, 2013 – (Approved 10/28/13)
- FinCom Present: J. Collamati (Chair), J. Cibelli, A. Elliott, R. Szczepan
2. FinCom Absent: J. Allam, K. Shkreli, G. Young
- At 7:00 PM, FinCom was called to order by Chairman Collamati.
- C. Laviolette requested that $29,414 be transferred from Trash Enterprise Surplus to Trash Enterprise Expense in order to augment funding for a new sidewalk sweeper and utility trucks.
A motion was made to transfer the sum of $29,414 from the Trash Enterprise Surplus account to the Trash Enterprise Expense account to augment funding for DPW STM requests.

- C. Laviolette stated that, since the writing of the 2013 STM booklet, an unpaid software bill (in the amount of $449.99 and dating back to 2011) was discovered. Mr. Laviolette requested that the bill be included in Article 24 (Unpaid Bills), and presented at the STM for disposition.
A motion was made to include an unpaid software bill in the amount of $449.99 be presented at STM, for disposition under Article 24. $449.99 will be transferred from MIS Expense account to Unpaid Bills account.

- A voucher was presented covering the cost to print 350 copies of the 2013 Special Town Meeting booklet. The booklets were printed by Alternative Printing at the Bellingham High School.
A motion was made to pay Alternative Printing $441.00 for printing 350 copies of the 2013 Special Town Meeting booklet, with Funding from FinCom Expense account.

- A voucher was presented to pay the FinCom/CIC Clerk 4 months worth of
stipends (7/13, 8/13, 9/13, 10/13) totaling $1,200 ($300 per month).
A motion was made to pay Larry Sposato 4 months worth of stipends (at $300 per month) totaling $1,200 from FinCom Salary account.
