Town of Bellingham – Municipal Center

1. CIC Present: Joseph Collamati, Roland Lavallee, Toni Picariello.
2. CIC Absent: Mary Beth Cuomo, Judy Manning.
3. Meeting called to order: 7:15 p.m.
Attending: Dawn Davies (Board of Selectmen)
4. GENERAL DISCUSSION
A. Anticipated Capital Projects
Joseph Collamati, Roland Lavallee and Dawn Davies spoke about the road work that needs to be done. They are members of the road committee and looked at some of the worst roads in Town.
Med Street, off Lake Street, there is no pavement left and no drainage. The road serves around 10-12 residents. To reconstruct the road it would cost around $250,000 ($125/foot).
Quail Road, off of Chestnut, there is no drainage.
The Town needs a State of the Roads Report and a funding mechanism. This will be discussed at the next meeting.
B. Accept Minutes: This will be brought up at the next meeting.
