1. Present: Mary Beth Cuomo, Roland Lavallee, Joseph Collamati, Toni Picariello, Judy Manning.
2. Absent: N/A
3. Meeting called to order: 7:15 p.m.
4. DISCUSS ABOUT CAPITAL IMPROMENT MATTERS
It was discussed that the School has been talking about increasing tuition at Primavera Center ("PJP") because PJP does not pay for itself. Also about closing Keogh School and consolidating administration with Town administration. With regard to the School Buildings Committee, they should not include administration as voting members.
The CIC and Town really need to do some capital planning. Roland Lavallee will do a plan for a Department of Public Works building and we need to look at the Police Station.
The Town needs a facilities management group, which will include all Town buildings, including schools and all custodians.
The Schools have passed out their BPSD - Technology Spending Request (Year two of a Five Year Plan) for the CIC to review. We will meet with them closer to Town Meeting.

The Budget Books will be ready and distributed at the next meeting.
