MINUTES
Approval of Minutes The Board reviewed the minutes from September 21, 2010. Mr. Fleuette motioned to accept the minutes as amended; Ms. Gorham seconded the motion and the Board voted unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
FEMA Training Mr. Fleuette stated to the Board that Ms. Gorham had an interest in attending a FEMA training in Alabama. In order for Ms. Gorham to be able to go to this training she required a sponsor.
Mr. Fleuette motioned to approve the sponsorship for Ms. Gorham to attend the
FEMA training at no expense to the Board of Health; Mr. Forte seconded the motion and Board voted unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
Tobacco Products Mr. Forte discussed with the Board recent tobacco novelty products on the market. These new products have not been regulated yet. The Board discussed contacting Sarah McColgan from MHOA to assist in educating the Board on if/how the Board should proceed in possibly regulating current regulations.

Mr. Fleuette motioned to pay the following bills; Ms. Gorham seconded the motion and the Board voted unanimously:

Ms. Gorham motioned to pay the following bills; Mr. Fleuette seconded the motion and the Board voted unanimously:

Mr. Forte motioned to pay the following Betterment bills; Ms. Gorham seconded the motion and the Board voted unanimously:

The Board reviewed and acknowledged the Health Agent’s reports.
PLANS FOR REVIEW
Lot 2 / 191 Mechanic Street TMC Mr. Forte motioned to accept the septic plan review for Lot 2 / 191 Mechanic Street with no variances; Mr. Fleuette seconded the motion and the Board voted unanimously.
ADJOURN
Mr. Fleuette motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:03 pm; Ms. Gorham seconded the motion, and the Board voted unanimously to adjourn.
