Approval of Minutes The Board reviewed the minutes from September 7, 2010. Ms. Gorham motioned to accept the minutes as amended; Mr. Fleuette seconded the motion and the Board voted unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS

OLD BUSINESS
Goals The Board went over last years goals and revised the goal list and added new goals for 2010.
Food Inspections Discussion The Board discussed food inspection procedures. The Board will discuss with the Health Agent at next meeting.

The Board reviewed and acknowledged the following correspondence:

Mr. Fleuette motioned to pay the following bills; Ms. Gorham seconded the motion and the Board voted unanimously:

Ms. Gorham motioned to pay the following bills; Mr. Fleuette seconded the motion and the Board voted unanimously:

The Board reviewed and acknowledged the Health Agent’s reports.
PLANS FOR REVIEW
110-112 Paine Street Mr. Forte motioned to accept the septic plan review for 110-112 Paine Street to reduce tank from 4’ to 3’; Mr. Fleuette seconded the motion and the Board voted unanimously.
ADJOURN
Ms. Gorham motioned to adjourn the meeting at 9:11 pm; Mr. Fleuette seconded the motion, and the Board voted unanimously to adjourn.
