7:20 PM The Selectmen, acting as the Local Licensing Authority, opened the public hearing on application of KMS, Inc. d/b/a Becket Country Store for the transfer of an annual beer and wine and a seasonal all alcoholic package store license from the Becket Country Store and Café located at 609 Main Street. Bill asked if there was any input on this license transfer. Ken Ferris, attorney for the applicant, advised that this is the last step for the purchase and sale agreement for this store. There was no other input. Doug motioned to transfer the annual beer and wine and the seasonal all alcoholic package store licenses to KMS, Inc. d/b/a Becket Country Store from Kelmont Holdings d/b/a Becket Country Store and Café located at 609 Main Street, Bill seconded. The motion passed.
7:25 PM Doug motioned to adjourn the public hearing, Bill seconded. The motion passed.
