7:00 PM Meeting opened.  Bill opened the meeting by explaining how the candidates were chosen.  He advised that a Town Administrator Search Committee was formed to review and conduct interviews with applicants that it found to be the best candidates.  The committee came up with three finalists that the Selectmen will interview.  He thanked the committee for their work in this process.  Bill advised that the questions would be asked from the Selectmen only.  He also advised that the Selectmen may ask questions of the Search Committee or of Richard Furlong it they needed to.  He also advised that the Selectmen may make their decision after the interviews were completed.

The first interview was with LeeAnn Pasquini.  LeeAnn introduced herself to the Board and gave a brief detail of her past experience.  The Selectmen introduced themselves.  The Selectmen took turns asking LeeAnn questions.  After the Selectmen finished asking questions, LeeAnn asked some questions of the Selectmen.  The Selectmen thanked her for her time.

7:45 PM The second interview was with Edward MacDonald.  Edward introduced himself to the Board and gave a brief detail of his past experience.  The Selectmen introduced themselves.  The Selectmen took turns asking Edward questions.  After the Selectmen finished asking questions, Edward asked some questions of the Selectmen.  The Selectmen thanked him for his time.

The Selectmen decided to write their choice on a piece of paper and then if there was not a majority vote then they would discuss the candidates.  Bill reviewed the choices and found that there were two for Tony Blair and one for LeeAnn Pasquini.  Doug advised that this was one of the hardest things he had to do because all the candidates were excellent.  He voted for Tony Blair.  John voted for LeeAnn Pasquini.  Bill voted for Tony Blair and since there were two votes for Tony Blair, he will be the next town administrator.

9:05 PM Doug motioned to adjourn, John seconded.  All in favor.
