2. 7:00 PM Pole Hearing for the proposed installation of two solely owned poles on Wade Inn Road by Verizon.
3. Patricia Mullins, from BRPC, to address the Board regarding CDBG and Green Communities Grants.
4. Board to review minutes of previous meeting(s).
5. Board to discuss property donation requests.
6. Board to discuss water operator services for town public water systems.
7. Board to review request from Community Health Programs to park its Mobile Medical RV at town hall on the first Thursday of every month to provide well and sick visits and a number of screenings to CHP patients.
8. Board to review Special Permit Application from the Planning Board for an extension to build on lot at 117 Minstrels Way.
9. Monthly reports of the Police Department, Citations Issued and Animal Control Officer.
