5. Mercedes Gallagher to give a brief report from the Westfield River Wild & Scenic Advisory Committee.
6. Andrew Madden of Massachusetts Department of Wildlife to address the Board regarding beaver dam off of Tyringham Road.
7. Select Board to consider supporting legislation to establish a maximum cap on the Local Minimum Contribution portion for school funding from municipalities.
8. Select Board to discuss phone message system at town hall.
9. Select Board to discuss FY14 budget.
10. Select Board to discuss FY14 salaries.
11. Select Board to consider appointments to the Highway Superintendent Search Committee.
12. Select Board to consider appointments to the Town Administrator Search Committee.
13. Select Board to consider appointment of Laurel Burgwardt as alternate member to the Berkshire Public Health Alliance.
14. Select Board to consider releasing Executive Session minutes of December 5, 2012.
15. Select Board to consider scheduling a pole hearing for the proposed installation of two solely owned poles on Wade Inn Road by Verizon.

19. Select Board intends to go into Executive Session under G.L. c. 30A, sec. (a) (6) to consider the exchange of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body, votes may be taken.
20. Select Board intends to go into Executive Session under G.L. c. 30A, sec. (a) (3) with respect to litigation as discussing the matter at an open meeting may have detrimental effect on the position of the public body; votes may be taken.
21. The Select Board will not reconvene after the executive session.
