5. Select Board to vote to appoint John W. Bartels, Jr. to the Police Chief Search Committee.
6. Select Board to vote to approve the Town Administrator’s appointment of Brian Middleton as assistant plumbing/gas inspector.
7. Select Board to vote to sign Annual Town Caucus warrant to be held on April 4, 2012 from 12:00 noon to 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall.
8. Select Board to vote to sign the seasonal liquor license renewals for Berkshire Berries for a seasonal all alcoholic package store license; Becket Country Store for a seasonal all alcoholic package store license; Jacobs Pillow Dance Festival for a seasonal all alcoholic restaurant license.
9. Select Board to review letter from Western Massachusetts Electric Company regarding important meeting to review its own emergency response procedures.
