6. 7:30 PM Continuation of Public Hearing on petition of Glenda Hamling and Sandra Sayward d/b/a Sherwood Shoppe for the transfer of an annual all alcoholic package store license from James and Brent Fennell d/b/a Lakeview General Store located at 437 Wells Road.
7. Kevin Fox, Auditor from Melanson Heath & Company, to address the Board regarding FY11 Audit.
8. Len Tisdale, Highway Superintendent, to address the Board regarding town beach improvements.
9. Selectmen to vote to sign the Wage & Benefit Agreement for Kenneth Bilodeau, Assistant Tax Collector.
10. Selectmen to vote to appoint Associate Member to the Governing Board of the Berkshire Public Health Alliance.
11. Selectmen to discuss Police Chief search.
12. Special Permit application from the Planning Board for the addition to an accessory building for a non-conforming use located on Andrews Road.
