3. Selectmen to review minutes of previous meeting(s).

4. Public Input.

5. Sherwood Forest Road Maintenance District to address the Board regarding delinquent road district taxes.

6. 7:30 PM Public Hearing on petition of Glenda Hamling and Sandra Sayward d/b/a Sherwood Shoppe for the transfer of an annual all alcoholic package store license from James and Brent Fennell d/b/a Lakeview General Store located at 437 Wells Road.

7. Markelle Smith of The Nature Conservancy to address the Board regarding property located on Maple Street on Map 206 lot 89.

8. Selectmen to review draft legislation regarding Fred Snow Road and Johnson Road.

9. Selectmen to vote to accept quote for gutter system at Fire Station #2 in the amount of $832.

10. Selectmen to review email from Jim Kupernik regarding Part Time Employees working over 20 hours per week.

11. Selectmen to vote to extend the seasonal all alcoholic package store license through January 15, 2012 for Becket Country Store.

12. Selectmen to discuss the Police Chief job requirements.

13. Selectmen to vote to set parking ban.

14. Selectmen to discuss increasing the assistant tax collector salary.

15. Selectmen to review Disclosure of Appearance of Conflict of Interest form from Jeanne Pryor.

16. Selectmen to vote to sign Acceptance of Deeds and letters of donations for property accepted at Annual Town meeting.

17. Selectmen to review letter from Becket Federated Church regarding the failure to list the Selectmen’s Meetings on the 2012 Becket Washington Community Calendar.

18. Selectmen to review Special Permit Application from the Planning Board for a general service establishment, specifically a carpentry shop located in a new barn on property located at 78 Carter Road.

19. Any other business to come before the Board.
